Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide with reliable carriers! However, we do have some transparent exceptions for parts of Asia and remote areas where delivery might not be available. If you’re unsure about your location, just contact us before ordering.
What are my shipping options?
We offer two great shipping options to get your gear to you:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95 flat rate worldwide): Processed in 1-2 days, delivered by DHL or FedEx in 10-15 days after shipping – perfect when you need gear fast!
- Free Shipping (orders over $50): Same 1-2 day processing, delivered by EMS in 15-25 days after shipping – ideal when stocking up your tackle box.
How long will my order take to arrive?
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. After that:
- Standard Shipping: 10-15 days after shipping
- Free Shipping: 15-25 days after shipping
Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
We offer no-hassle 15-day returns from the delivery date. If something isn’t quite right, just contact our crew at [email protected]. No complicated forms or policies – we aim to make returns as smooth as casting a line on a calm morning.
Who pays for return shipping?
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. In those cases, we’ll happily cover the return shipping – just include photos of the issue when you contact us.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution.
